Bill validation is an important step in the management of your energy. Our team can carry out an initial review of your current energy billing rates and usage profile, determining the most suitable market offer available. This involves checking your current usage costs do not exceed the current market conditions, and checking that your network tariff type, contract end date and site classification meet your energy requirements.
Once we have negotiated your energy contract our Customer Care team will provide a full check on the first bill you receive, ensuring that the correct rates are being applied and that any tariff changes have been actioned correctly.
We encourage each client to review all bills in conjunction with our ongoing monthly metering reports, educating our clients on how to spot any usage anomalies or unseasonal “spikes” in consumption. A great tool to be able to manage your energy and ensure the bills you receive are accurate.
